SE Lawyers is a boutique law practice situated at Warradale. We offer cost effective and timely advice in the areas of Family Law.
We can assist you with all aspects of:
- Property settlement and spousal maintenance;
- Binding Child Support Agreements, Binding Financial Agreements;
- Superannuation splitting Orders;
- Children’s issues including parenting issues and child support;
- Divorce Applications;
Family Law
We understand that the breakdown of a relationship can be a distressing time and we offer a compassionate, personalised approach.
Our aim is to ensure that the legal process is as straightforward as possible for you and we endeavour to reach a resolution without the need for Court proceedings.
Unfortunately, not all disputes can be resolved without the need for Court proceedings and if this is required our solicitors have the experience to represent you in Court.
Your initial appointment is generally for 1 hour and we offer the first 30 minutes of that appointment free of charge.
Business as usual
We advise that our office is open during our normal business hours of Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Should you require an appointment, we can arrange to meet with you either in person or by telephone.
For the safety of our staff and other clients, we ask that you do not attend our office if you are feeling unwell or have any cold or flu type symptoms.
OUR LAWYERS
Stephanie has been in practice since joining R G Eckermann & Co in 1996. She works predominantly in Family Law, inclusive of matrimonial and de facto relationships, children’s issues and property settlements.
Kate Andriske
Kate graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws in 2006. After working for the Federal Government, she joined the practice of Ann Josephson Lawyers and has since worked primarily in Family Law.
Kate has experience in all aspects of Family Law, including matrimonial and de facto, same sex relationships, as well as dealing with complex children’s issues.
