Unfortunately, not all disputes can be resolved without the need for Court proceedings and if this is required our solicitors have the experience to represent you in Court.
Your initial appointment is generally for 1 hour and we offer the first 30 minutes of that appointment free of charge.
The death of a loved one is never easy. Often, the process of administering the deceased’s estate can be complex and time consuming. We have a full understanding of the roles and responsibilities of an executor. We offer a professional and independent approach to all deceased estate matters to ensure the estate administration process is as effortless and efficient as possible.
We can assist you with the following services:
- Preparation and lodgement of Probate or Letters of Administration;
- Liaising with estate beneficiaries;
- Calling in and distribution of the estate in accordance with the terms of the Will.

We advise that our office is open during our normal business hours of Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Should you require an appointment, we can arrange to meet with you either in person or by telephone.

Kate graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws in 2006. After working for the Federal Government, she joined the practice of Ann Josephson Lawyers and has since worked primarily in Family Law.
Kate has experience in all aspects of Family Law, including matrimonial and de facto, same sex relationships, as well as dealing with complex children’s issues.
After many years employed in the Public Service Sector, Sheryl was admitted with a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in January 2000. Sheryl commenced practising in Family Law, Wills and Estates in September 2000.
Sheryl has experience in all aspects of Family Law, including matrimonial and de facto, same sex relationships as well as dealing with complex children’s issues.
