Family Law

We understand that the breakdown of a relationship can be a distressing time and we offer a compassionate, personalised approach.

Our aim is to ensure that the legal process is as straightforward as possible for you and we endeavour to reach a resolution without the need for Court proceedings.

Unfortunately, not all disputes can be resolved without the need for Court proceedings and if this is required our solicitors have the experience to represent you in Court.

Your initial appointment is generally for 1 hour and we offer the first 30 minutes of that appointment free of charge.

Probate

The death of a loved one is never easy.  Often, the process of administering the deceased’s estate can be complex and time consuming.  We have a full understanding of the roles and responsibilities of an executor.  We offer a professional and independent approach to all deceased estate matters to ensure the estate administration process is as effortless and efficient as possible.

We can assist you with the following services:

• Preparation and Lodgement of Probate;
• Liaising with estate beneficiaries;
• Calling in and distribution of the estate in accordance with the terms of the Will.

We advise that our office is open during our normal business hours of Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Should you require an appointment, we can arrange to meet with you either in person or by telephone.
